Prijono Sugiarto Vice Commissioner President	An Indonesian citizen, he has been a Director since May 2001 and is responsible for Automotive Division BMW, Daihatsu, Isuzu, Nissan Diesel and Peugeot), Honda Motorcycle Sales Operation and Heavy Equipment Group. He joined the Company in 1990 and currently serves as President Commissioner of PT United Tractors Tbk, Commissioner of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, PT Astra Otoparts Tbk, and also holds several commissioner positions in the automotive group. He is the Vice Chairman of Gaikindo (The Indonesian Automotive Industry Association). Prior to joining the Company, he was the Sales Engineering Manager at Daimler-Benz Indonesia. He obtained his Dipl.-Ing. in Automotive Engineering from the University of A. Sc. Konstanz, Germany, in 1984, and Dipl.-Wirtschaftsing. in Business Administration from the University of A. Sc. Bochum, Germany, in 1986.

	An British citizen, he was appointed as Director of Astra in May 2005 and is responsible for Finance, Information Technology and Risk Management. Prior to joining the Company, he worked for Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong in various financial positions, acting as Group Treasurer from 2001. Before he joined Jardine Matheson, he worked for Price Waterhouse in Leeds, London and Hong Kong. He holds a Master of Arts degree from Oxford University and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

	An Indonesian citizen. Assuming position as commisioner since April 2007. Join Astra Groups since 1984 and also assuming position as Chief Executive Daihatsu Sales Operation for PT Astra Daihatsu Motor since 2001 until now. Graduated from Parahyangan University.
Johannes Loman Commissioner

	An Indonesian citizen, born in 1940. Became as the Company Independent Commissioner since May 2008. He completed his education in Institute of Technology Bandung on Engineering Faculty. Join the Astra Group since 1971, with last position as Vice President of Director of PT. Astra Graphia, before the pension during 1996. Had held the office of Chief Auditor at Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific inSingapore in the year of 1996 to 1998, he was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT. Astra Graphia. since 2001. He held the Chairman of the Company Audit Committee since the year of 2004.
