On October 21st changed the company name into PT Federal International Finance.

Focus on retail motorcycle financing directly to consumer.

Integrated computerized system implementation, which is called FIFSYS.

1998

One of the few industries that keep on financing in crisis level.

1999

Managed to do debt restructuring until 2002 without haircut principle not interest.

2000

In cooperation with local bank to do joint financing.

2001

Implemented integrated and centralized real time online system.

2002

In March, the company paid off all debt that completed restructuring in 1999. The 1st bond issue for IDR 300 billion in bullet payment and amortization, with Rating A-.

2003

The 2nd bond issue for IDR 750 billion in bullet payment and amortization, with increment 2 notches bonds rating from A- to A+ by Pefindo.

2004

The 3rd bond issue for IDR 500 billion in bullet payment with Rating A+, stable outlook. The 4th bond issue for 500 billion in bullet payment with Rating A+, stable outlook.

2005

The 1st off shore syndication US$ 50 million. Be the 1st sharia multi finance in Indonesia. The 5th bond issue for IDR 1,000 billion in bullet payment with Rating A+, stable outlook.

2006

In January, PT Astra International Tbk increased corporate capital from IDR 80 billion to IDR 280 billion. The 6th bond issue for IDR 600 billion in bullet payment with Rating A+, stable outlook. The 2nd off shore syndication US$ 100 million.

2007

The 7th bond issue for IDR 1,000 billion in bullet payment with Rating A+, stable outlook.
