Preservation of our national art and culture was of our common obligation. Without felt, with rapid growth of globalization, the preservation of the nation art & culture becomes threaten. Many ways to preserve the Indonesian Art & Culture are established continously, so that the future generation of the nation might still be able to know it well. Through performances, exhibition, until the forming of Art & Culture Preservation community.

As a company owned by nation, PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) does not stand still and shared the action of keeping the continuation of the nation art & culture preservation. One way is that FIF was participating in traditional music performance of Gending Karesmen by title of ”Si Kabayan Jadi Dukun”, in coorperate with PT. Perhutani Alam Wisata (PALAWI), one of subsidiary company of PERHUTANI.

The Sundanese music performance was held on Sunday, March 9th, 2008 at Gedung Kesenian Jakarta. Attend the event, along for opening the show, were Agum Gumelar, Ir Hartarto, Tirta Setiadharma, and board member of PT. PALAWI. When met during the show, Tirta Setiadharma (PT. FIF Corp Secretary & Head Communication Dept) said that the FIF participation at this event was part CSR work program which focus in preservation of the Indonesian art & culture ”Besides being focus on education, FIF also had concern with the preservation of art & culture,” said Tirta.

As we know, besides concentrating in business of Honda motorbike and electronic finance, FIF has also work programs in area of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); wich is recognized as Astra Green Company (AGC) and Astra Friendly Company (AFC). The activities was includes in scholarship donation for remark student of elementary schools, blood donor, and other social based activities.
