The Shareholders General Meeting (SGM) was an official body in a company that held the highest authority in the company which held all the authorities that were not handed over to the management and the commissioner body of the company. The annual SGM was carried out in each year, and for the FIF 2008 year book, it was held on last Wednesday, of May 7 2008.

There was something special on this 2008 SGM , Aside of its scheduling the Annual Report agreement and the ratification of the Company`s Annual Calculation for the book of 2007, and the allocation of the Company`s profit and several other important agendas, this year SGM was also make schedule to renew the FIF management`s and commissioner board composition. On this agenda, the Marketing Director position who beforehand was held by Mr. Dandy Soelip, now was handed over to the new official named Mr. Margono Tanuwijaya, who formally held the position of Director of PT Astra Sedaya Finance. Furthermore, Dandy Soelip will occupy his new position as the Marketing Director of PT Astra Otopart.

Mr. Margono Tanuwijaya, who have `good handling` in this marketing field, will be accompanied by three directors who up till now have become a solid team of management. They were Thaufik Noograha, Arietta Adrianti and Rusdimin Adikarta, each were responsible in the Manpower and Technology field, Finance, and Operation, and were supervised by Mr. Suhartono, the President Direktur.

Meanwhile, on the Commissary Board, the SGM issued composition as follow :

1. President of Commissioner : Gunawan Geniusahardja
2. Vice President of Commissioner : Prijono Sugiarto
3. Commissioner : Simon John Mawson
4. Commissioner : Johannes Loman
5. Independent Commissioner : Setyo Adioetomo
